If you're always tired there are some things you can do to try and become a little more energized. But first you should probably try and figure out why you are always feeling so sleepy!

1. What you eat can affect your energy levels:

If you're constantly tired it might be a good idea to look more closely at the food you are eating. Foods with a lot of sugar can cause you to have a quick burst of energy and then cause you to come crashing down. 

2. Certain medicines have the ability to make you extremely drowsy:

If you're are constantly tired, check to see if any medicine you are taking could be the cause. Talk with a doctor about how you can address these symptoms and hopefully start feeling better.

3. Anxiety or stress can make you feel more tired than usual:

If you suffer from anxiety or feel like you are constantly stressed out, that could be affecting how your body is feeling. 

4. Make sure you are getting enough sleep every night:

Sometimes when you don't get enough sleep regularly it can cause your body to feel more fatigued than usual. Try to get a balanced and healthy amount of sleep to avoid crashing throughout the day!
