This Girl's Instagram is Full of Nude Yoga Poses and As You Can Imagine, Is Very Popular

"Yoga has taught me that the most important thing is how I feel, not how I look from the outside."
The Nude Yoga Girl's Instagram account has only been active for 6 weeks, but she's amassed more than 100,000 followers.
Of course, her "nude" title is no doubt a draw, but the beauty of her yoga practice and artistic photography are the real gems.
The three-year photographer started practicing yoga regularly this year and saw the opportunity to express herself in a new way and share body positivity with followers.
"With my account I want to inspire people to realize that everybody is very beautiful and capable of [doing] amazing things with their bodies. Yoga helped me accept my body exactly the way it is."
She carefully plans each photo with poses and shadows to comply with Instagram's nudity guidelines, but has had to edit out visible nipples in some photos.
While her boyfriend technically snaps each photo, she explains that she sets up the shoot, lighting, and poses all on her own.
The black and white color scheme was chosen for its minimalist feel and to bring attention to the art, rather than the nudity.
Though anonymous, she uses captions to stay connected with her followers.
The 25-year-old model has also been open about her own body struggles from strict diets to her journey toward body acceptance and love.
While some comments are vulgar and sexual in nature, Nude Yoga Girl explained in an interview that, "I'm even more grateful that almost all of the comments show me that people understand my art and message in the right way."
"I want to inspire people to try yoga, and maybe they can also find body acceptance from there. Fitness is a big trend at the moment, but it's all about shaping your body. Yoga is about your inner feelings about yourself."
